Agilyx Group, a global, change-ready technology services organisation, announced today that it has entered into a binding agreement to merge their United Kingdom (UK) operations with Myriad Consulting, an independent Unit4 ERP consulting and service delivery organisation based in the UK. This collaboration, effective from the 1st of July, brings together Agilyx Group’s 20+ year history of success in delivering and providing leading development solutions, with Myriad Consulting’s 15+ years of specialist experience in Unit4 ERP software. Following the merger, the combined company will become the Group’s centre of excellence for Unit4 ERP globally, with access to more than 180 talented specialists.
The Group’s merger with Myriad Consulting further strengthens Agilyx Group’s core expertise and knowledge offering in Unit4 technologies in the UK. The merger between these two leading organisations will see Myriad Consulting join Agilyx Group’s global footprint, creating an unsurpassed level of experience and dedication to their customers around the world. Agilyx Group and Myriad Consulting’s statuses as Elite partners underwrites a commitment to their partnership with Unit4. The new organisation will be known as Agilyx Group, with Myriad Consulting’s Harpal Mattu leading the company as the Group’s UK Managing Director. Successful integration between both companies is expected to be complete by August 2021.
