Andrea takes responsibility and makes decisions with an ability to view the big picture and assess the wider organisational impacts. A natural leader who possesses excellent management and communication skills, Andrea helps to motivate others and get the best out of individuals and groups. As a qualified accountant (CFPA) with over 25 years of experience in the commercial, public and business software industries, Andrea has a proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex IT software projects on time and to budget. Andrea and her team work closely with customers to develop long-term relationships and ensure that the customer experience is reflected in our project delivery structures.
