This past Tuesday, Agilyx Group CEO John Catarinich and Chief Executive of the Greater Wellington Regional Council (GWRC) Greg Campbell signed the final contract for a major project to replace GWRC’s current ERP systems.

Present at the signing were also: Dave Humn, CFO at GWRC; Mark Ford, Finance Manager at GWRC; Jenni Horton, ERP & Process Improvement Manager at GWRC; Mike Sheedy, Programme Manager at The Optimus Project; and Tim Bird, Managing Director at Agilyx New Zealand.

The project kicked off last month with the signing of an agreement between Tim Bird and Greg Campbell that introduced the planning phase of the undertaking.

This venture will be executed together with Accela, a government software supplier that streamlines the processes of government agencies so they can be their best. Agilyx will be in charge of replacing the Finance, HR and Payroll systems and Accela will supply the Asset Management. The design phase is projected to start later this year.

This deal is a a crucial project for the Agilyx Group as we continue growing and developing relationships with key business and stakeholders in the different regions in which we are present worldwide.

Starting to work with GWRC is a very important moment in the history of Agilyx Group, especially in New Zealand. Building our relationship with one of the most important institutions of the Wellington area, where we are based, makes us extremely proud.
